Do we need padel experience?
No. Tell us the group's experience levels so we can plan the format. Your host runs a rules briefing before play; professional coaching can be arranged separately.
What is the minimum group size?
Our packages start at 16 players. For smaller groups, get in touch and we'll suggest a tailored format. Venue hospitality minimums still apply.
Can you host larger groups?
Yes. We have organised corporate events for around 50 people, and larger groups can be planned on request.
How long is the event?
Packages include up to 3 hours on court, covering the briefing, rotations and breaks; individual playing time varies. Longer events are possible, with extra court time quoted on top of the package price. Hospitality adds time afterwards.
What food and drinks are included?
- At B. Amsterdam, catering comes from the venue's own caterer, with a minimum of 15 hospitality guests and a vegetarian option.
- At NDSM Padel we bring in catering tailored to your group, from hot and cold snacks to tapas or pizza.
- A full meal or extra drinks time can be added and quoted separately. Tell us about dietary needs and we'll check options.
Can colleagues join without playing?
Yes. Social-only guests start from €35 per guest with Padel & Bites and from €45 with Corporate Padel Experience, excluding VAT. Give us separate estimates for players and social-only guests.
How far ahead should we book?
At least two weeks for most events, and around a month for groups of more than 40. We can sometimes arrange a smaller event without food and drinks within a week, but we can't guarantee everything at short notice.
What should players bring?
Sports clothing and suitable court shoes. Rackets and balls are provided in every package.
How do we confirm and pay?
- We need your final numbers 7 days before the event. The final invoice, based on those numbers plus any agreed extras, is then sent with 14-day payment terms.
- Anything added on the day is invoiced afterwards.
- DJs, photography, clinics and company branding are optional extras.
What if we need to cancel or our numbers change?
- Cancellation is free until 15 days before the event.
- From 14 to 8 days before, 50% of the total is charged; from 7 days before, 100%.
- Fewer players after the final-numbers date are charged in full.
- If force majeure (including government restrictions) prevents the event, we move it to a new date within 6 months without penalty.
